Cleethorpes Urban Arts Festival 2022 will include a North Clee Fringe event sponsored by Big Local

The popular Urban Arts Festival returns to Cleethorpes for 2022, and this year a special “fringe” festival has been added which will take place in North Cleethorpes thanks to sponsorship from Big Local North Cleethorpes.

The Reclaim Urban Arts Festival as it is known, is organised by local artist Lynsey Powles. (Lyns painted our doors on the community shed at 82 Grimsby Road in memory of Ian Brocklebank for us). This event involves urban artists from across the country who will be around Cleethorpes Leisure Centre demonstrating their art. Big Local North Cleethorpes was approached for sponsorship and have invested in a fringe event which will take place around Cleethorpes Library and along North Promenade at the same time as the main festival. We’re hoping for a great turnout of local people over the weekend to have some fun watching and getting involved with the art.
