Local charities, social enterprises or voluntary or community groups will be having a tough time at the moment. But there is a lot of emerging news and information that can be helpful. We’re sharing some of the information we come across here but this changes daily so please make sure you keep checking national news sources. Sector Support North East Lincolnshire are keeping a page of information up to date with everything relevant for the voluntary and community sector. Visit it regularly.

If your volunteers are using your car whilst volunteering then they don’t need to inform their insurers

If you host volunteers and you’re part of VANEL’s Volunteer Development Service (VDS) or Volunteer Managers Network (VMN) then they’re moving the face-to-face groups online. Contact Liz or Karl at VANEL and get logged in.

How have VCSE groups been affected locally?
SSNEL are compiling some information here and VANEL have a list here.
